The GA Strategic Projects Analyst is responsible for coordinating and/or supporting strategic projects related to operations decisions at GA level, looking to the direction of the BU in the mid/long term working directly with the multifunctional teams from key areas of the company (Operations, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Procurement, Finance and others).

Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • To work on strategic initiatives (Footprint projects, Joint Ventures, Verticalization Projects) supporting company leadership to analyze and prioritize opportunities by being the link between key areas (Operations, Sales, R&D, and others…);
  • Run business case scenarios evaluation for strategic projects and work on RINGI’s for project approval within ACIM and/or Japan (NCJ);
  • Lead discussion with the Process Engineering team to define project scope and strategies;
  • Support project manager during the execution of the key initiatives and act as a focal point for business discussions.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Educational requirement: Engineering/ Administration/ Similar Degree;
  • Finance/ Accounting (enough experience to support the development of complex business cases);
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Fluency in English language;
  • Knowledge in Project management is a plus.
