Share People Hub, in partnership with global company, is searching for a Quality Assurance, for a Remote role.
What you’ll do
• Be part of a software quality assurance platform team, directly contributing with Quality initiatives and strategy, helping to build and spread it.
• Ensure the Acceptance Criteria
• Participate in the refinement meetings to understand the requirements of the initiatives, raising blocks if needed
• Actively participate in the Agile rituals
• Ensure process good practices and improvements
• Identify problems, risks and dependencies, escalating and managing when necessary
• Promote and defend the best practices within the team and across the stakeholders
• Partner with colleagues to build and maintain tooling for test development, automation, and release process improvements
• Manage test repositories
• Monitor our tests results
• Help to build mechanisms to extract metrics, that support continuous improvement.
What you’ll need
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, engineering/computer science or Information Technology related areas
• Professional experience in software testing using black box testing techniques
• Experience with manual API testing / documentation
• In-depth understanding of test concepts at all stages of the software development lifecycle
• Comprehensive analytical skills
• Experience with web test automation frameworks, like Playwright and/or Cypress
• Experience with mobile test automation with Appium.
• Experience in test specification, preparation, execution and reporting
• Experience in defect analysis and reporting
• Experience with backend test automation, preferably using Jest framework.
• Knowledge with performance/load testing using tools like K6 or Jmeter
• Experience with Git
• Experience with CI/CD tools and processes
• Knowledge in monitoring tools, like Data dog or New Relic
• Advanced english
