Experience & Technical Proficiency:

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience and expertise in SAP HR implementation projects and/or applications maintenance – (mandatory);
  • Proven track record of successful implementation and maintenance of module configuration and customization in SAP HCM (Human Capital Management – (mandatory);
  • Experience in implementation and maintenance of Payroll modules and Time Management – (mandatory);
  • Knowledge of SAP SF (Success Factors); EC (Employee Central) and ECP (Employee Central Payroll) – (differentiate);
  • Global understanding of SAP HR modules integration with other SAP modules such as Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Material Management (MM), and third-party systems/applications – (differentiate);
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA HR functionalities – (differentiate);
  • Knowledge of SAP Security Concepts and Authorization management within SAP, ensuring secure access to HR data – (differentiate);
  • Familiarity with SAP Data Migration tools and processes to ensure smooth transitions and data consistency during system upgrades or implementations – (differentiate);
  • Ability in designing and implementing workflows to streamline HR processes and approvals – (differentiate);
  • Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing Solution that integrates with SAP S/4HANA. Knowledge of this module is beneficial for HR reporting and analytics – (differentiate).  ;
