Absolutely We are hiring for a Sr. TA Advisor to join the Talent Acquisition team as a strategic partner in supporting our recruiting needs for our Latin American offices. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the entire recruiting life cycle, developing and executing proactive recruiting strategies that attract high-calibre talent to the organization. This is a critical role in the team that provides an exciting platform to make significant impact through the people we hire and getting exposure across multiple functions and business units. Develop and drive tailored recruitment strategies to meet our talent needs Work with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop knowledge of internal customer groups to effectively target recruitment efforts in a cost-effective and efficient manner. Utilize creative sourcing techniques to identify top active and passive talent for a variety of positions within the organization. Articulate and represent UL’s value proposition to candidates through clear and compelling messages about our mission and values. Handhold candidates through the recruiting process ensuring a best in class candidate experience Ensure compliance by maintaining candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers providing counsel on the talent market, hiring decisions and offer negotiations Stay up-to-date on the latest recruiting industry trends and tools and shares best practices with the HR team. Enable data driven decision making through analysis of recruiting data Drive in-country initiatives to enhance our outreach to talent e.g campus recruiting, employer branding Support relevant projects related to talent acquisition and beyond. University Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline, plus generally 5 years of recruiting experience in a corporate environment or as an agency recruiter Candidate must have recruiting experience to be considered Proven ability to identify and recruit talent in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated success utilizing social networks pro-actively to source candidates Ability to alternate sourcing techniques to find potential candidates Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience building relationships with employees at all levels of an organization Working knowledge of labour law and how it applies to interviewing, selection, recruitment, and placement Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese, English and Spanish Ability to effectively coordinate multiple jobs & projects simultaneously.
