We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. Define the go-to-market strategy for entry and expansion into Brazil, Mexico and other Spanish-speaking LATAM markets Lead a high-performing team of Partner Managers and Account Managers to deliver against quarterly revenue targets Execute and lead globally aligned strategy in the region, while influencing headquarter team with prioritized regional needs and insights Achieve revenue targets through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance Implement processes and strategies to scale SMB programs and revenue across a diverse set of customers Clearly, communicate the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders across time zones Motivate and develop sales talent, creating a positive culture of accountability Work cross-functionally and build cohesive partnerships with internal stakeholders including product, sales operations, and marketing Manage relationship with the company’s vendor partner 10 years of professional experience in digital media sales, online advertising, or sales leadership, with 5 years of experience working directly in Brazil and other LATAM markets A data-driven leader with the ability to lead large teams against aggressive goals Management experience with a demonstrated track record of leading and inspiring others Experience in process management, operations management, understanding how to grow and scale businesses Ability to extract insights from data to inform strategic decisions and translate to an action plan Comfortable working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment Experience working with outsourced vendors is a plus Fluent in Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and other sales productivity software Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English
