We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. Develop, implement, and iterate on full lifecycle B2B and B2B2C/B2C demand generation campaigns, using a variety of channels and tactics based on campaign goals and target audiences to enable the sales team to qualify and win deals faster; Own/execute strategic initiatives quickly and without significant outside direction, taking leadership and accountability for paid, inbound, channel, events, PR, brand and product marketing, among other areas; Refine and establish their brand to become top-of-mind, while aligning communications across all touchpoints with their customers, partners, investors and other stakeholders; Recruit, coach and develop a top notch team that loves to work with you; Work with their analytics team to lead marketing analytics and ROI analysis for campaigns and channels, defining CAC and LTV, while executing robust optimization and A/B testing programs; and Partner with their product, engineering and data science chapters to create differentiated solutions that leverage performance media and/or new innovations in product-led marketing strategies and marketing technology. You have a proven track record as a strategic and operational leader in the marketing area of a scaling tech company, preferably in B2B and B2C/B2B2C; You have developed and executed successfully go-to-market plans for SaaS platforms, including targeted paid advertising, online and offline events, and content marketing (white papers, case studies, and blogging, etc.); You have outstanding storytelling skills; you create inspiring and compelling narratives across different channels and different personas; You have had success developing, refining and communicating a brand; You are highly analytical – comfortable with data and analytics, and you can clearly communicate your results and ideas; You thrive on working collaboratively with cross-functional teams with the ability to build rapport, influence, and deepen relationships, particularly with sales; You are a self-starter, organized and self-motivated with the ability to define goals, prioritize your work and execute efficiently and predictably; You are an inspirational leader. You have fantastic communication skills. You are able to influence senior management in other areas of the company. You build, motivate and lead exceptional finance teams; and You are fluent in written and spoken English.
