Position Summary The Marketing Manager IUBU Brazil serves as a key member of the IUBU international commercial team and will have responsibilities for market development, product sales and market strategy. This position will focus on the development, coordination and execution of sales and marketing plans to drive sustained product adoption and achieve sales growth with the UroLift system sold across Brazil and assist the Commercial Director IUBU Brazil with NeoTract’s marketing programs and global best practices. This key role is essential to the rapid adoption of the UroLift system and will interact with NeoTract’s customers and key stakeholders as we expand our customer base and grow sales in a dynamic and fast-paced business. Principal Responsibilities• Develop strategic business plan and playbook for country launch while adhering to the International Expansion Playbook and Critical Success Factors. • Drive “best practices” of marketing programs in the region. • Collaborate with US and global colleagues to deliver tools and tactics that assure growth and success of the UroLift business in the region. • Drive product introduction and adoption by working directly in the field with urologists and the local societies. • Collaborate with Commercial Director IUBU Brazil to drive reimbursement opportunities and strategy in the assigned region. • Help drive NeoTract brand recognition and UroLift product adoption through development and execution of key marketing programs including market research and digital campaigns. • Monitor competitive activity and market trends in order to support strategic recommendations. • Utilize business analytics to support decision making; provide active support to the sales team including the management of field-based marketing support. • Represent NeoTract at medical meetings and congresses, sales meetings and customer visits. Manage event sponsorships. • Maintain strong product knowledge, support internal and external customer education programs by working closely with professional education. • Perform other duties as assigned. • Contribute to our culture of being collaborative, respectful, transparent, ethical, efficient, high-achieving, and fun Education / Experience Requirements• BA/BS degree required; Masters highly preferred. • At least 8 years of experience in product marketing, direct marketing, marketing program management or in combination of sales • Medical device industry experience is highly preferred. • Thorough knowledge of the field of Urology, products, and strong relationships with local urologists is preferred. • Operating room or therapeutic delivery experience is preferred. • Successful track record of launching new and disruptive technologies and well-versed and proficient in reimbursement for assigned region. • Strong strategic and tactical marketing skills. • Demonstrated ability to launch products on time and with success in the marketplace. • Strong track record of marketing programs to over deliver revenue versus sales plan. • Excellent negotiating skills; ability to adapt to changing work priorities; and ability to maintain good working relationships while dealing appropriately with sensitive and confidential matters and with a wide variety of personal and customer contacts. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to continuously refine strategic plans and marketing programs to achieve maximum performance. • Proficient in PC-based office computers, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required. • Professional work ethic, strong organizational skills, and ability to operate independently. • Strong interpersonal skills, experience working with KOLs and physician champions. • High-energy; action oriented. • Ability to travel, up to 40%. • Fluency in English is required. • Individual must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally Specialized Skills / Other Requirements Bachelor?s degree in business, finance, HR or related field 6 years of relevant project and program management experience Able to travel globally and
