You are going to live daily one of DiDi’s core values and develop relationship platforms that build significant value for our restaurants and couriers, as well as working on marketing levers to enhance our restaurant journey with us, leveraging acquisition and engagement for both our Key Accounts, City Heroes and Longtail restaurants.Responsibilities: Structure, design and execute relationship program for business sides, building engagement platforms for our business; Develop and implement partnership plan for 99Food business and ensure engagement; Develop winning promotional calendar together that can be deployed at a national level; Actively participate in KA Acquisition, integrating marketing strategies with commercial term as well as reporting and connecting with Restaurants on a monthly basis; Build tools to strengthen our productivity of long tail and city heroes acquisition; Develop marketing activations with key partners aligned with brand strategy and client needs; Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to boost restaurant funnel metrics. The successful applicant 7 years of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Partnerships and Commercial roles, with at 2 years managing a team; Solid background in building networks and dealing with external stakeholders and handling tough negotiations; Wide experience in working cross functionally with sales, operation and product teams; Business agility to get things done, ability to influence and make things happen; Strong analytical and promotional skills; Ability to plan, test and execute winning promo campaigns; Comfortable working with Business Intelligence teams, gathering internal user data to enhance conclusions; Ability to generate findings and insights to build mid and long term strategy; Comfortable working in a geographically distributed and cross-functional, multicultural environment; Professional proficiency in English (mandatory).
