At Siemens Healthineers weare looking for a Head of POC unit with regionalresponsibility, to carry out the planning and management of the generaloperation of a business segment. As a primary objective, you must ensure theachievement of goals and objectives, including accountability for the overallprofit and loss statement (P&L). The Head of POC LAM isresponsible to define, deploy and execute of Business Line – specificstrategies/objectives based on Healthineers Zone Strategy and Setup.Responsible for Business Line Gross Margin, Sales & Marketingexpenses in the Zone as well as target setting for Zones. Key Responsibilities • Develop and secure implementation of Zone BusinessArea strategy and allocation of resources across Zone. • Align with Business Area on Business Line specificZone targets, • Acts as key interface with the CBLL (Country BusinessLine Lead), • Conducts performance reviews according to HPSframework, methods and tools • Define key requirements for Go-to-Market (e.g.,Sales/Service/SCM) in the Zone • Actively takes trade-off decisions within hisdecisions rights and also supports Zone Business Area Lead in trade-offdecisions (e.g., price escalation). • Deploys strategic guidelines including a comprehensivemarketing approach (e.g., Portfolio strategy) and pricing governance (e.g.,target pricing across zones) and vice versa (e.g., input into Global BusinessLine strategy). • Support Zone Heads & Zone Area Lead on CMRexcellence. • Enforces best practices sharing across Zone and withother Zones. Your qualities andexperiences: · Degree in Administration,Engineering and/or Health Sciences, with experience in business management atthe local and regional level in health businesses, preferably in DiagnosticLaboratory · Postgraduate/Master degree in finance, marketing or strategy · Experience of at least 8 years in management positions in areas of the medical equipment sector. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
