Reports to : Sr Manager Travel : 70% in LATAM The Basics As a sales manager, this role will be focused on aftermarket sales strategies. Its main responsibility will be developing the actual and future channels to place our spare parts, consumables and accessories available for our finished product users. To do this, you must lead a highly motivated sales team, develop their skills and secure their career looking forward to build our future leaders. Financial results must be delivered for the short, medium and long term based on net sales and gross margin align to commercial policies and accounting right procedures. What you will do/ Your day to day Develop and execute an annual business plan that ensures the achievement of volume, margin, and profit targets as well as specific account, broker and customer objectives. Price customer appropriately and analyze spend. Responsible for working with multidisciplinary teams within the company and their customer’s organization to maintain and grow client relationships. Successful contract negotiations with the customer Proactively analyze customer’ latest status, understand, identify, track and manage customers’ long term and middle term requirements. Analyze customers financial results, understand the challenges in market, assess the impact on customer strategy Give a business-oriented approach to a complex range of issues, including: sales and distribution; merchandising and service strategy, including pricing and promotional activities; e-commerce; trade customer disputes, terminations and credit issues. Support, training and channel development.Leading and developing a highly motivated sales team. Manage a distance sales team, directing their efforts on sales goals and promoting best business practices. Develop the necessary tools to provide our best service experience to our Trade Partners and End Users. Design the commercial and marketing strategy with our business partners guaranteeing a long-term relationshipLead the digital strategy career Develop business and financial plansEvaluating performance objectives and metrics Background and Experiences 10 Years of Experience Bachelor’s degree in engineering or administration Highly sales experience and manage distribution channels.
