Specific Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for all human resource activities to include employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, and training and development. Be an advocate to associates when Pall team is making business decisions that impact associates in Latin America. Responsible for Organization and Talent Assessment for Latin America Responds to internal and external inquiries regarding applicability and interpretation of policies, procedures, and programs as they relate to the HR areas of responsibility. Conducts thorough investigations and makes recommendations to management for the resolution of non-compliance, ethical violations, or other employee behavior or relations’ complaints. Champion for fostering and creating diversity, cultural awareness and teamwork. Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations. Works with local managers to identify personnel training and development needs. Oversees and/or implements and operates in-house programs, practices, and procedures for training employees at all levels. Coordinates and delivers management development training (e.g. employment and labor law, interviewing skills, hiring procedures, corrective action, performance management, productive working environments, harassment) Ensures all mandatory compliance and ethics training modules are delivered. Investigates labor incidents, prepares reports for insurance and legal purposes, and manages return to work program. Identifies causation of repetitive injuries and drives development of preventative measures. Provides coaching to management on leadership skill and effectiveness. Maintain HR KPI’s and take actions to improve indexes to the desired level. Promote Danaher and Pall Corporation culture within the local organization, guaranteeing engagement and a productive work environment. Interview job applicants; review application/resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant’s qualifications. Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation. Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries. Develop and recommend operating policy and procedural improvements. Performs other related activities as required. Bachelor?s degree in business, finance, HR or related field 6 years of relevant project and program management experience Able to travel globally and
