Experience expanding enterprise customer product adoption, identifying customer patterns and best practices, and developing strategies for growth. Experience leading enterprise-level change programs. Experience working with CxO level executives, for IaaS, PaaS, or SaaS businesses. Preferred qualifications: MBA or Master’s degree. 20 years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility within customer success, professional services, sales operations, or customer operations. Experience successfully managing and building relationships with cross-functional teams internally and externally, and with executives at partner organizations. Experience leading multiple customer-facing organizations in a hybrid environment encompassing technical, business, and operational minded professionals. Knowledge of customer telemetry and usage of AI/ML to drive actions and activities within customer success. The Customer Success team in Google Cloud helps customers develop migration strategies for adopting Google Cloud’s products and services to ensure that customers are able to maximize their investments. As Director for Latin America Customer Success you will help build, grow, and lead Google Cloud’s Customer Success organization within the LatAm region. Your efforts will help to continue to foster a customer-first mindset at Google Cloud, allowing our enterprise clients to accelerate adoption of solutions and meet their business objectives and stakeholder goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional peers to develop an aligned Customer Success strategy with measurable business metrics and be responsible for building and managing a regional team of Customer Success Managers and team leads. You will work cross-functionally to ensure alignment with Google Cloud’s ongoing evolution. Responsibilities Own the leadership of all facets of the Google Cloud customer success organization to deliver measurable outcomes, in particular, driving adoption of Google Cloud products and services. Develop the vision and roadmap and manage the delivery of multiple programs to scale and develop Google Cloud’s customer success organization in Latin America. Lead and implement enterprise-level change programs, success metrics, and track progress against joint business goals. Partner with other customer-facing organizations to develop strategies and execute plans that maximize business growth, consumption, customer retention, and account expansion. Be a key partner to the regional sales leadership by taking ownership of business growth consumption activities post-commit.
