Your mission:

Oversee a rapidly expanding group, currently of 40+ Business Development professional and 5 Managers, with focus on scaling the organization the future growth

Innovate in your function and develop the next generation model of business development for Brazil

Coach and develop Sales Development Managers as future sales leaders for Brazil

Collaborate with the marketing and sales programs teams on demand generation plans, partner with the sales leadership in Brazil to meet targets, and work with recruitment to hit annual hiring goals.

Drive rigorous sales development execution, ensuring accurate forecasts and total transparency

Motivate individuals to succeed through impassioned leadership, coaching, creative sales incentives, and broadcast of results

Build and conduct executive presentations for internal and external customers (executive briefings to customers/prospects, internal stakeholders presentations)

Lead Brazil wide projects to drive fast and consistent innovation and keep the organisation’s processes and methodologies agile and ahead of the market

Align with GM for Brazil & business leaders as part of the country leadership team

Promote the organization across the wider business and champions the Sales Dev Ohana values of trust, personal growth, diversity, giving back and innovation

What we are looking for:

An accomplished people manager with 10+ years talent management experience, 2nd line manager experience a plus

Experience in sales, sales development, operations or equivalent function with significant exposure to sales teams, OR experience in management consulting, preferably with some engagements that provided exposure to sales and operation

Strategic Planner: Ability to be forward thinking & plan for the future with regards to items such as Recruitment/ Structure

Ability to coach at multi levels including middle management and above

Will have an above average work rate, an ability to withstand stress and a tough but fair management style. This will be coupled with a personal drive to “getting it done and doing the right thing” and the ability to make effective decisions and see them through.

Own and execute on highly visible projects and initiatives that span cross-teams and across offices

Killer communicator: Ability to communicate effectively to both a range of executives but also to multiple size audiences with inspiration and clarity

Fluency in oral and written communications in PORTUGUESE and ENGLISH; Spanish is optional.
