What You’ll Do
We are seeking a Marketing Automation Manager with expertise in Marketo to drive our marketing automation strategy, oversee marketing automation platforms and collaborate with internal partners to develop optimal engagement strategies. You will focus on designing, implementing, and managing automated marketing workflows, ensuring seamless integration with our CRM, and optimizing performance through data-driven decision-making. You will report into a Senior Software Development Manager.
What Your Responsibilities Will Be
Marketo System Administration & Maintenance
- Design implementation patterns for end-to-end marketing automation campaigns using Marketo, including email marketing, lead nurturing, segmentation, and scoring.
- You will implement A/B testing strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor and troubleshoot deliverability, engagement, and performance metrics to optimize automation workflows.
- Conduct regular audits of the marketing automation setup to improve efficiency.
Lead Management & CRM Integration
- Manage lead engagement scoring models to improve qualification processes and handoff to Sales.
- Ensure Marketo and CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or other) integration is optimized for lead tracking and reporting.
- Implement lead segmentation strategies to drive personalized experiences.
Collaboration & Strategy Development
- Work closely with demand generation, content marketing, sales, and audience manager teams to align automation strategies with business goals.
- Stay up to date with marketing automation best practices and industry trends to continuously improve processes.
- Implementation and management of Email Compliance and governance platforms.
- Reporting and analytics support.
- Creation of training and enablement programs for marketing automation tools.
What You’ll Need To Be Successful
Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Marketo administration of an enterprise level environment (Adobe Marketo Engage).
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation best practices, lead scoring, segmentation, and email marketing strategies.
- Experience integrating Marketo with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting, performance tracking, and A/B testing.
- Excellent collaboration and project management skills.
- Experience working with AI tools.
- Fluent English.

Preferred Qualifications
- Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) certification.
- Experience with ABM platforms like Demandbase or 6sense is a plus.
- Familiarity with web personalization tools and dynamic content.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and attribution models and other Adobe platforms.
