Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain Magento-based e-commerce websites, including theme integration, module development, and back-end enhancements.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and Magento development guidelines to maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and bugs in Magento applications, providing effective solutions that align with business operations.
- Implement and manage third-party integrations and extensions to enhance e-commerce functionality across various channels.
- Document technical solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing within the development team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Magento Developer or Engineer, with a good portfolio demonstrating both front-end and back-end capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of Magento best practices, architecture patterns, and design principles.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering effective technical solutions that address business needs.
- Good communication skills in English, with the ability to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn business contexts and understand the implications of technical solutions on users and operations.
