We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with experience in AEM support engineering system engineering frontend backend and authoring. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to work in a hybrid model. This role does not require travel and operates during day shifts.
Responsibilities
Lead the technical team in providing AEM support and ensuring system stability.
Oversee the development and maintenance of AEM frontend and backend components.
Provide expertise in AEM authoring to enhance content management capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AEM solutions.
Develop and implement best practices for AEM system engineering.
Ensure the technical team adheres to project timelines and deliverables.
Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AEM.
Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on technical challenges.
Stay updated with the latest AEM technologies and industry trends.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
Qualifications
Must have experience in AEM support engineering system engineering frontend backend and authoring.
Nice to have experience in Product Sourcing and Product Lifecycle Management.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a hybrid model and adapt to changing project requirements.
Strong understanding of AEM best practices and industry standards.
