Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Engineer

As we navigate the complexities of digital transformation, we are on the lookout for a Dynamics Support Engineer to join our Dynamics Centre of Excellence team. In this role, you will participate in global projects related to the rollout of Internal Finance software Microsoft D365 and will be fully accountable for 2nd and 3rd level support to end users globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support D365 FO across multiple locations;
  • Liaise with business stakeholders including managing director level;
  • Identify and document new requirements and cooperate with consultants to design new solutions or customizations;
  • Perform analysis, setup, data conversion, user acceptance testing, and key user training;
  • Work with different groups in the organization – specialist users/end users, consultants, developers, regional and central management;

Key Requirements

  • Preferably a university degree in Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics;
  • At least 5 years relevant working experience with ERP systems is a must;
  • Knowledge and experience of Dynamics D365 F&O modules;
  • Financial accounting knowledge would be an advantage;
  • Good technology knowledge i.e. MS Office, PowerApps;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders on a global scale through multiple communication channels;
  • Accurate, precise, and dependable;
  • Organized, disciplined, and with a hands-on attitude;
  • Good English, Spanish, and Portuguese language skills, in both written and oral communication;
  • Team player.
