About the role:
This position is ideal for someone who is autonomous, proactive, and eager to lead the definition of the company’s data roadmap. You’ll collaborate closely with teams such as Finance , Operations , People , and Marketing , playing a key role in data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Design, test, and optimize efficient ETL processes that integrate multiple data sources.
- Automate data processing and storage, ensuring real-time availability.
- Connect to external data sources via APIs and ensure effective integration.
- Ensure the quality, integrity, and accuracy of data.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and transform data into actionable strategies.
- Apply machine learning models and predictive analysis to detect patterns and trends.
- Design A/B experiments and evaluate their impact on business campaigns.
What we’re looking for:
- Advanced experience in Python and SQL for data extraction and transformation.
- Solid knowledge in applied statistics and data analysis.
- Experience with visualization tools and reporting like Power BI .
- Self-management skills, independence, and proactivity in defining the data roadmap.
- Effective communication skills with stakeholders from different areas of the company.
- Ability to define technologies and understand how to connect different systems.
Bonus Points:
- Experience working with AWS (S3, Redshift, EC2, RDS, etc.).
- Experience in AdTech or MarTech .
- Experience in startups , where collaboration and effective communication are essential.
- Familiarity with regulations like GDPR/CCPA/LGPD .
