Role : DevSecOps and Platform Engineer
Job Description : At this company, the Information Technology Software Engineer oversees application development, modification, and maintenance of applications. This position monitors system applications, ensures systems run smoothly, and creates reports and other documentation outlining findings/solutions.
- Strong hands-on DevSecOps and Platform Engineering experience working in Cloud-native technologies
- Experience with GitHub Enterprise platform including Continuous Integration (CI) development using GitHub actions and Artifactory
- Experience with Harness.io or similar Continuous Deployment (CD) tools – quickly building / maintaining and enhancing pipeline capabilities and integrations
- Ability to effectively work with Agile development stories in two-week sprint cycles — involving CI/CD capability enhancements, Security gates, and Fitness functions
- Develop CI/CD patterns, capabilities, sample applications involving SQL, SSIS, SSRS, Cloud, Cloud-native, Node JS, .NET core, and Java technologies
- Exposure to IDPs (Internal Developer Platforms) or similar Platform Engineering frameworks to promote enterprise automation, reuse, standardization, and developer enablement
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
5-10 years of experience in the related technology
