Job Responsibilities:
- Utilize verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Work independently and manage time effectively.
- Provide basic mentoring and constructive performance feedback.
- Understand the full software development lifecycle, including business/systems analysis, requirements gathering, functional specification authoring, development, testing, and delivery.
- Troubleshoot issues and implement system changes as needed.
- Possess knowledge of computer hardware and software, including development software such as SQL and VisualBasic.
- Work on Azure custom-developed web applications.
- Utilize the CVX Ansible deployment pipeline.
- Demonstrate creative problem-solving abilities and communicate effectively with global stakeholders.
- Turn stakeholder requirements into actionable work items for team members.
- Coach junior team members and enforce coding standards.

Required Functional/Domain Knowledge:
- Ability to partner with Product Management and Product Line Architect to align business processes and technical design requirements.
- Strong partnership skills to work actively with business stakeholders.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant field required.
5-7 years of experience required.
Additional Information:
100% Remote
Global project – Fluent English is mandatory, Spanish is a plus.
Work hours: 10 AM – 7 PM
