Responsabilidades e atribuições
- Engage with IT, business and financial teams across the PwC network who have an interest in the optimisation of their cloud usage;
- Explain our service and its objectives to prospective clients;
- Actively engage in client on-boarding and training activities;
- Work with the client and our optimization technology core team to develop and deploy dashboards, alerts and reports that will provide visibility to optimization opportunities across the client’s cloud estate;
- Persistently advocate for your customer’s needs;
- Provide feedback and actively drive improvements in our service that will improve the quality of our service;
- Ensure clients are empowered to make informed decisions on actions generated;
- Understand each client’s business cycles and application constraints and build custom policies that support guidelines set forth;
- Own the continual feedback and iterative nature of the engagement (scheduling, etc.);
- Provide status updates (reports);
- Provide access to the Turbonomic Console;
- The platform that provides customers the ability to optimize cloud services performance, spend, and compliance in real-time;
- The CEM will provide a monthly report including the potential savings and investments;
- Review the differences between actions;
- Focus on the top actions;
- Focus on cost savings and rightsizing;
- Review the Action Report with the client and how to update Action status;
- Get the approval or signoff of the leaderboard by the Accountable of the Scope in Turbo and the decisions taken during the month;
- The Leaderboard report will be generated at the end of the month by the CEM;
- The Monthly Leaderboard report will be reviewed by Cloud Optimisation Product Owner;
- In case the client does not take actions in 3 months, the CEM has all the support from the program to escalate decision with the business.
Requisitos e qualificações
- Have sufficient technical depth and breadth in cloud services to be able to recommend the best technical of action for the client – engaging with our core technical cloud optimisation team and other technical SME’s across PwC;
- The CEM must be technically self-sufficient to address most client optimisation situations;
- Possess reasonable technical depth in both Azure and AWS cloud services;
- Fluent English.
